Copilot & AI Agents
Microsoft has a Copilot for almost every job. We help you choose the right one, prepare your data and permissions, and build agents that do real work, safely.

Choose the Right Copilot
Four products, four different jobs. Most organisations need two of them, not all four.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Every employee
Drafts, summarises and answers in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, from the files and messages each person can access.
People lose hours to email, meetings and documents.
Copilot in Dynamics 365
Sellers, service agents, technicians
Prepares meetings, summarises cases and drafts replies and work orders, inside the apps.
Your teams already work in Dynamics 365.
Copilot Studio
A specific job or audience
Custom agents with your own knowledge and actions, in Teams, on your website or inside Microsoft 365 Copilot.
One task repeats every day, like HR questions or IT triage.
Microsoft Foundry
Developers and complex scenarios
Models, agent services and evaluation tools on Azure, for AI built into your own applications.
You need custom models, complex reasoning or AI inside your own product.
From Assist to Autonomous
Agents Earn Their Freedom, Step by Step.
We start where a person checks every output, and give agents more autonomy only when the results justify it.
Level 1 · Assist
Suggests, people decide
Summaries, drafts and answers. A person reviews everything before it is used.
Usage policy and training
Level 2 · Act
Acts with approval
The agent prepares actions, like opening a case or updating a record, and a person approves them.
Approvals, action logs and limits
Level 3 · Autonomous
Acts within limits
The agent completes routine tasks on its own, within strict rules, and hands exceptions to people.
Monitoring, evaluation and an off switch
Readiness
Copilot only shows people what they can already access. The problem is that, in most organisations, people can access far more than they should. We find and fix that before rollout.
A scan of SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive for broad or forgotten access
Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels on what matters most
Sensitive sites kept out of Copilot until permissions are clean
Delivery
From First Licence to Daily Habit.
Weeks 1–2
Readiness
Licences, data, permissions and use cases reviewed. You get a go or no-go for each use case.
Weeks 3–8
Pilot
One team, real tasks, measured results. Agents built for the use cases that passed.
FAQ
What teams usually ask before they start.
Still have questions? We’re here to help.
Will Copilot show people data they should not see?
Copilot respects existing permissions, so it only shows what a person can already access. If those permissions are too broad, Copilot makes that visible. That is why we review oversharing first.
Is our data used to train Microsoft’s models?
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences for every employee?
Can agents take actions in our systems?
How do we measure value?
