About the Role
We're looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to join client engagements on a part-time freelance basis. You'll work directly with operational stakeholders, COOs, Compliance Officers, Operations Directors, helping them map processes, define requirements, and validate solutions built on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
What You'll Do
Lead discovery workshops and translate operational requirements into functional specifications
Validate configurations and customisations against client business objectives
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team
Support UAT planning, test script preparation, and go-live readiness activities
Contribute to client-facing documentation, training materials, and handover assets
What We're Looking For
4+ years of functional consulting experience on Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules)
Proven ability to run workshops and manage stakeholder expectations independently
Experience delivering within mid-market environments across financial services, manufacturing, or professional services
Comfortable working directly with operational decision-makers, not just IT teams
Agile experience is a plus
Fluent in English; French is required
