Functional Analyst – Power Platform

About the Role
AMPLIFY IT is looking for a Functional Analyst to meet growing demand for Microsoft Power Platform projects in the BeLux market. This role is about the client: you sit with business users, understand what they really need, and turn it into a clear, written scope that the customer signs. You lead the conversation, and the solution follows from it. We expect you to use AI the right way, to move faster on specs, user stories, test cases, meeting notes and data analysis, while you guide it, check its output, own the result and protect client data.
What You'll Do
Lead requirements and scoping workshops with business users, in French and English, and analyze existing processes, data and systems
Design the “to be” with the solution architect and development analyst, and define the functional side of integrations
Write functional specifications, user stories with acceptance criteria, business rules, process flows and field mappings
Keep scope clear, agreed in writing and protected, while supporting developers through questions, clarifications and demo reviews
Prepare test scenarios, support UAT and defect follow-up, and support training, go-live and user adoption
What We're Looking For
5+ years as a functional or business analyst on Microsoft business application projects, with proven Dynamics 365 CE experience
Strong workshop, scoping and analysis skills: you break down complex situations and make them clear for everyone
Hands-on functional knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages)
Comfortable with JSON, XML, REST APIs, data modeling, and tools like Postman or Excel, plus practical use of AI tools with good judgment
Agile delivery experience (Azure DevOps or similar) in multi-partner projects; D365/ERP integration, Azure (Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps) and PL-200/300/900 certifications are a plus
Fluent French and English, written and spoken; structured, autonomous and committed to delivering on time
How We Work
Remote-first with flexible hours
On-site visits when needed, mainly for workshops, UAT, go-live and training, with more presence at the start of a project
Team meetings on demand, about once a week at the start, then about every two weeks
Engagements in Belgium or Luxembourg depending on the project
